Do you offer gift options?

Looking for the perfect gift? Discover our Kadisha Gift Guide, designed for women who love to shine with originality.

While we do not provide gift wrapping, you can purchase an electronic gift card available in €25, €50, or €75 denominations (available for customers in mainland France). This lets your recipient freely choose the jewelry they love.

How soon will I receive my order?

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Delivery times depend on the destination country, region, and chosen shipping method. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a real-time tracking link.

My package is delayed, what should I do?

We understand your eagerness! Once shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for the current status of your package.

Delays may happen, especially during peak holiday periods. An order is considered lost only after 30 days in transit.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once your order is confirmed, items cannot be modified.

For urgent requests, please contact us promptly so we can explore a personalized solution.

Order Tracking

How can I track my order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipping (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an email with the carrier’s tracking link. This allows you to follow your parcel in real time.

Where can I find my confirmation email?

A confirmation email is automatically sent after your payment. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return a product. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the jewelry is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are currently not available. However, you may return the item and place a new order.

If a jewelry piece is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified of its restock by entering your email address via the "Product Alert" button on the item page. You will receive a message as soon as the piece is available again, subject to the limited quantities of our small-batch production.
